Returns Policy
Not in love with your purchase? We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit within 30 days of your purchase date.
OVERVIEW
- Please note: Orders cannot be changed or modified after checkout.
- All merchandise must be returned scent-free, stain-free, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Returns are accepted through store credit only. We accept returns of eligible items for store credit when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- To generate a return, please fill out the Return Form enclosed in your parcel & send it back with your items within 30 days of delivery.
- Azura Apparel is not responsible for the shipping fee of returned items and does not provide return labels.
- If you have received free shipping, a shipping and handling fee of US $10 will be deducted from your store credit.
- In the event you have received a damaged product, we will provide you with an exchange or store credit and cover your shipping expenses for the faulty item. For assistance, please use the contact form on our site.
- All items under the SALE section cannot be returned back to us. They are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
- We do not accept returns of swimwear, accessories (bags, scarf included), sale, and final-sale items.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Store credit will be issued in 7 days once delivered to us.
